A Simple Prayer To Heal Our Country
I wake up often with the theme permeating my mind… Remembering Who We Are… A Return To Love… it is like Spirit is whispering to me to remind myself and others to come back into balance and return to our spiritual nature… and yes, to a place of love…
There has been much chaos going on in our country… it seems like we are feeling separated… disconnected from each other… living in anger and fear… chaos and upset… there is a battle going on between darkness and light… evil and goodness… it is a time for all of us to go within… to spend time in prayer… to embrace our divine and spiritual nature… that part of us that is connected with Spirit… our God… the God or Higher Power of our understanding…
I think some do not believe in the power of prayer… or even that God exists in our lives… I am one who does believe in the Divine… in Spirit… in the Angelic Realm… and that our prayers, however simple, go out into the universe… that our God, regardless of our individual beliefs… is always with us in our lives…
If you are one that does not believe in God or a Higher Power… and you are scientific in your nature… then perhaps you understand quantum physics… that our universe is ruled by universal laws… at it’s most basic form… it is called the Law of Cause and Effect… spiritual traditions call it Karma… and Oprah calls it The Law… this law basically states that whatever energy we put out into the universe comes back to us… it may not come from the person or source that we direct the energy to… but like a boomerang… it will always return to us in some form…
Prayer helps to impact that universal law in our lives… prayer helps us raise our vibration… helps raise the vibration of our country… and of our universe…
So pray with me… you may use the prayer below… add to it… or modify it to make it more your own… pray for each other… our government, our country and our world during these times of darkness and sadness… as light always overcomes darkness… prayer is healing… and prayer is a powerful spiritual tool to help us overcome darkness and move into a place of light…
Dearest God in Heaven… Lord of the Universe…
Creator of all that is in our Universe…
Please bring us back to spiritual nature… to love and a place of honor…
to dignity and respect… to honesty and integrity in our everyday lives…
help heal us individually and collectively… and help heal our country…
watch over all of us during these difficult times…
